December 2006:

- Ken Libby, owner of Stowe Realty in Stowe was inducted into the National Association of REALTORS®(NAR) Political Action Committees Hall of Fame. The NAR represents more than 1,360,000 members and is the largest trade association in the world. RPAC started 39 years ago and during that time period only 67 REALTORS® have been inducted into the Hall of Fame and Libby is the first from Vermont.

May, 2005:

Matt Whitby has been hired an an information technology assistant by Lang Associates in South Burlington. Whitby has an associate's in computer engineering and will graduate from Champlain College with a bachelor's in computer networking.

Michael Gagne of South Burlington has been hired as a buyers agent for Karen Waters of Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty.

The Gracey Conroy Realty Group of Re/Max North Professionals in Colchester was named the top producing team in Vermont by Re/Max of New England.

April, 2005:

Geri Cardinal has been hired as a client-care/ transaction manager on the Trombley team at Lang Associates of South Burlington.

March, 2005:


- Jill A.Z. Richardson of Cambridge has been hired as a sales associate at Lang Associates in South Burlington. Richardson graduated from St. Michael's College and worked at SymQuest Group.

- Suzanne Johnson of Shelburne is the buyer's agent for Geri Reilly's real estate team at Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty in Burlington. Johnson was employed by Vermont Document Xerox.

- Jim Ross, Linda Murphy and Lydia Wisloski, Realtors with Century 21 Advantage, have been named Top Producers for February.

- Phil LaPorte, a Realtor with Lang Associates in South Burlington, has received designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council, allowing him to help seniors make informed decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property, managing capital gains and estate tax implications of owning real estate and other real estate issues. LaPorte has been a Realtor for 37 years and was Lang's first associate when the company opened in 1969.

- Ken Libby, a Realtor with Mountain Associates of Stowe, has been elected the 2007 regional vice president for Region 1 of the National Association of Realtors. Region 1 consists of the New England states.

- Brian Bauer and January Stearns, Realtors with Lang Associates, have been awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council. They may help seniors make decisions about selling their family home, buying rental property, managing capital gains and estate tax implications of owning real estate and other issues. Bauer has been in the real estate business since 2001, and Stearns since 2000.

- Top Associates for January at Lang Associates are: Carol Audette, Eileen Townsend and June Quintin, South Burlington office, and Mark Ledoux and Cheryl Boissoneault, St. Albans office.

- Century 21 Jack Associates has been awarded the 2004 Century 21 Quality Service Office award by Century 21 Real Estate Corp. for its quality customer service.

- Eileen Warner has joined Lang Associates as a sales professional. Warner has 25 years of experience in the marketing and sales field.

- Betsy Francklyn has joined Re/Max North Professional of Colchester as a real estate agent, working with the Gracey Conroy Group. Francklyn worked for Lang Associates and The Snyder Co.

- Ken Libby, a Realtor with Mountain Associates in Stowe, completed e-Pro Internet Professional certification, and may provide online based real estate services.

- Steve Overton of Re-Max North Professionals has been elected to the real estate Cyber Guru Hall of Fame by the Real Estate CyberSpace Society. Overton was chosen for his dedication to helping peers in the real estate industry to use emerging technologies more effectively to serve their clients.

- Jacqui Beauchesne of Swanton has been hired as a real estate agent by Re/Max North Professional of Colchester, working with the Gracey Conroy Group, and will cover Franklin and Chittenden counties.

February, 2005:


- Barbara Getty of Coldwell Banker Home Field Real Estate in Stowe is a member of the Lamoille Area Board of Realtors. Getty relocated to Stowe from Grand Rapids, Mich.

- Kathy Kenney of Essex has been hired as an agent assistant by the Donnelly Group of Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman in Burlington. Kenney has six years' experience in Vermont real estate.

- Blake Lahue has been hired by Lang Associates of South Burlington as an assistant for Mike Souza. Lahue worked in retail for two years.

- Bill Stilianessis has joined the sales team at Century 21 Advantage.

- Lang Associates top real estate agents in volume and units for 2004 are: Carol Audette, Carol Stone, Mike Souza, June Quintin, Geri Barrows, Kathy O'Brien and Betty Charron in the South Burlington office; Cheryl Boissoneault and Mark Ledoux, St. Albans office; Courtney Houston, Middlebury office. Carol Audette, with the highest overall volume and units, was named Associate of the Year.

- Tony Shaw of Burlington has joined Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty in Burlington as a sales associate. Shaw is a UVM graduate and former owner of Pop Color.
